At aiayu, we strive for lasting quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unwashed, unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
